Resonant Rods in Motion
Opening the senses to the next vibrational layer within.
All Atomic motions are near light velocity motions, c effects are most noticible when we accelerate.
[A document for experimenters, and a process.]

Exploring the odd multiple vibrational segment length. The 7
segment Golden Light Length has been an exceptionally rewarding study.
Billy Meier
gave dimensions of the basic UFO craft. Approximately 21 feet diameter.
Purposely designed to stimulate something within us, according to his testimony.
I believe it is a direct lower fractal of the rod shown above. This rod
is a higher octave and definitely stimulates something within us.
I now believe the early saucers are constructed on odd fractal vibrational lengths of 3 and 7 multiples.
This makes the center area rather neutral and the outer ends the active zones.
This is the first way a culture can learn to "feel" the interaction. It
gets your attention in an ecstatic way, but also allows you to start
using resonant lengths and get immediate effects.
Later the effect can be done on any size craft, at a much smaller layer, and craft of any dimension can probably be used.
The Tube Device
Originally my intention was to
create a standard magnet driven tube device, and study its effects on
auto engine materials such as oil.
I used the 7X GL only to make the device feel right. I wanted the car to
feel alive and as one conscious unit, within the bubble of the oil cell
effect on a running engine.
Adding this frequency over the top of everything would allow all parts
of the system to communicate, as the cells of a body, as one.
I call this a coherent vibrational field, and gives the machine the sense of life force or being alive.
It also brings all the vibrations into a harmony, energy can move
between them and become synchronous at the nuclear mass vibration level.

I soon discovered the magnets were not needed.
Also that the most interactive location for the bismuth slugs is not the center but the ends.
While the opposing magnet strings do produce an expansive vibrational
effect on a central bismuth core, this is a different effect then what
happens on the ends of the tubes.
Tape Migration
Noticing unusual effects when the
electrical tape I was using for spacing materials started to move on
its own, in a rather geometric pattern. The tape was not randomly
repelled, it was repelled with an order, and perfect pattern. The
following is a record of the first few days. [The tape was wrapped to
over thickness and then 1/2 layer cut off until the tubes slid together
easily with little drag.]
The tape stacks were wrapped perfectly straight.

I added another two spacer wraps, as the first two were starting to get
loose, and I wanted to see what the next segments would do.

Outer layers continued to migrate, and inner layers both start moving also.

Inner wrap on left is now taking off. On right a surprise that it is moving towards the end.

The tape migration has continued, and I also sense a strong effect with
plastics and oil as well. Masking tape does not seem to vibrate but
duct tape does.

The Day 5 photo above shows now the left inside wrap really stretching out nearly catching up with the ends.

Day 6 is pretty clear, all wraps have vibrated along a neat angle away from where they were originally placed.
The tape migration only happens when the tubes are assembled over one another.
N2 sugested I measure for heat.
The IR sensor showed the tape on the ends rise in temperature 6 degrees F when inserted into the iron and copper larger tubes.

Note on the White plastic, the tape is thrust away from the 1/2" copper tubes end!
It would seem the length of the tubes and materials are the active
element. The gap between the inner copper and middle iron layer is
generating the strongest torsion field.
This is the first time I have witnessed a torsion field actually moving something.
I believe the stress on the tape, is a direct result of the 7X GL
length, in vibration, between dissimilar metals, with a proper gap
width.
There appears to be an ability of torsion fields to move dielectric materials, or Carbon based materials like all plastics, and electric insulators.
This creates a field that feels hot to the touch, like fire on the
finger tips. Touching the tape while the device is assembled can
produce a surprise.
Oil cell experiments
Static effects on the bench.
A voltage on the Joe Cell filled with motor oil creates a large hot
field at approx 155 vdc. Either polarity of voltage will generate a
field, and the oil seems to be reactive,
not holding a normal JC type charge as water does. The oil will not
sustain a field over time and as soon as voltage is removed the fields
slowly dies.
The field has the basic geometry of a water field and manifests in very
accurately spaced rings around the cell. Layers go from hot to neutral
to hot on the compressed sections of the density rings.
The field gets stronger over time if the voltage is on, and weaker over
time when the voltage is removed. It build to a maximum pressure if
left with voltage for several hours.
Cross Coupling
To get the tube device to energize the oil, without using voltage, I
cross couple them. Connect one end of the tube device inner tube to the
outer tube of the Joe cell, connect the outer section of the tube
device to the inner Joe Cell tube. This cross coupling causes each cell
to raise the other vibrationally. This pattern is present in many
devices we have studied, from Sweets inner coil arrangement, to the
strange long electrical coils of old patents.
Cross coupling inner and outer copper layers of two tube devices is a
Torsion field effect and easily understood when one actually feels it.
In this case the field goes cold rather then hot as with electric field.
Motion
Relativity and Motion
Placing the 7X GL into a vehicle and studying the inertial properties.
This experiment is a meditation high! Be aware, the energies can effect
your reactive state in this configuration, it is for study of the
fields only. A proper configuration will place the rods perpendicular
to motion of the vehicle. In proper config they will pull inwards on
space at 90 degrees to motion and compensate for inertial effects.
In this improper config, they become very intense to sense,
as running them in the line of motion causes inertial effects to
be magnified and permeated with vibration. The wires cause the vehicle
to become sluggish, resisting a change of motion. This is a study of
the worst case, where the effect becomes impossible to ignore, forcing
the field to rise every time you accelerate. Pistons run 90 degrees to
the wires however and the engine smooths out considerably.

A linear resonant device can have effects during acceleration. It will effect inertial properties, and it will generate magnetic fields.
The magnetic fields may become radiant from the metals of the car, even
from Aluminum for a time. The GL is especially attuned to water. After
the engine heats up, the thermostat opens. If you turn on the cars
heat, the charged water then circulates up into the heater core and the
vibrational energy permeates the drivers seat area. Any acceleration at
this time will become very noticeable. However the pistons in the
engine are constantly accelerating and decellerating, and would
continually feel this energy. Also the oil channels are in continual
surge states.
In this experiment I run parallel to the upper water line from radiator
to engine. The dual copper wires are #8 bare wire, 7x GL and they are
placed in a polarity that causes a torsion field to rise. See Slim
Spurling techniques for reversing one wire correctly. They are also
ground flat on the ends very accurately using a grinder, while sensing
for the vibration.

Wires are cable tied to the radiator hose, touching the Aluminum engine block and coming very close to touching the radiator.
Off both ends of the wire a compass shows larger then life North pole is developed over time of running the vehicle.
The ends of a 7X are the most active areas. From outside a disc this
would apear as a mono pole magnetic field. The rods allow study of the
linear aspect of disc craft dimensions.
Magnetic field extends off the radiator end about 2 feet from the
vehicle but only at the location of the copper wire. This is a Joe Cell engine effect used to determine if the
engine is charging. The wires in this config do not orient the field
correctly, but they do show how the effect can be generated.
The #8 wire in this config has enough mass for a very perceptible
effect. It should prove to any with Aluminum engine blocks that torsion resonant devices do interact with motion in short order.
On Day 4 of the car charging experiment, after a long drive, magnetic
fields started poping up everywhere within 3 feet of all the cars
metals all the way from front to back. At 3 feet out they are mostly
running side to side, at 2 feet they are a mess of altering angles, and
6 feet out they dissapear. I drew this diagram after bringing all
the observed data together, with respect to the resonant wires.

The Day 4 run out along our 14 miles of road was an experience.
Acceleration of the engine was at the slightest tap of the gas. A rain
shower lowered this response a bit. Hard to stay under 40 mph, the car
wanted to move at about 50. Cornering was not great as with a Joe Cell, but acceleration of the engine was a rush.
Oil Probe
Caution, injecting torsion into the oil system directly is the most
dangerous, as it can cause oil pressure to rise sharply and blow engine
seals. For expert technique on this consult an expert. There is only
one at present with successful experience I am aware of at this time.
The Hull Effect
The rest of us are experimenters.
Joe Cell technique, is to stay on the upper engine and inject at the carby area or the water hose.
I believe that if the engine water does not come up to charge as fast
as the oil, the oils expansive field will not be contained and the
results can be deadly for engine oil pressure.
Recommend installing an oil pressure gauge, if trying this method, and
go slowly. I am still in experimental phase with the oil injection part
of this.
Here are some of my designs based on Robert Hulls descriptions and my own experience with the fields.
[See Tensor Energy for a compete list of segment lengths for oil resonance.]

Oil has a natural resonance length which I have charted, I have felt that using odd multiples is superior. Copper is the
best method for transferring a positive spin field from engine to Joe
Cell where the metal touches on the engine end.
Tin is a reverse spin element, and acts as a positive torsion isolater.
Most others are using an insulator in the gap to seal the active
element and prevent oil leaks, however the dielectric will probably
vibrate. I chose tin solder with 97 percent tin
content, but I believe silver might work best. My unit vibrates up on
its own to some degree and feels like a small torsion battery due to
using the tin.

Longitudinal vibrations are off the end of the #8 copper wire. On odd segment counts, the ends are most active.
The sensor above is felt to transfer positive spin end to end with no
resistance, while creating an opposing spin around it that is reversed.
Any vibrations touching the outer end should move directly through the copper and into the oil.

The active element can now be removed and altered for experiment if the tin turns out to be a poor choice of material.
Note that tin is a conductor
and a dead electrical short to the engine block. It is my intention to
use an isolation reversed diode to feed this probe, or even a gap as we
use at the carb end. The torsion field will move backwards through a
diode and it will also jump a gap of correct dimension.
My other reason for this is to have a universal probe on the oil
system. I can use other devices to feed it with such as the tubes
above, or a host of many other torsion devices that may couple to oil
faster, such as a tube device with plastic pipe also.
Progress has been delayed when I discovered all foriegn engines have a metric tapered thread on the oil sensors.
I have a couple TP8 adapters now ordered from this site:
Oil Pipes Lines
They are standard for all Toyota engines, and probably most honda, and nissaans.
Thread is a 1/8" BSPT on both ends, and an NPT tap at center for conversion to any oil gauges you will find in the US.
Experiment 8 - 20 - 2009 Oregon
Copper oil probe was discovered to be less then effecient at charging oil.
SS probe was constructed using SS welding rod 316L shown below using the same oil resonant lengths.
This one has a plastic insulating barb fitting with JB weld to seal it.
SS probe is marked with magic marker to extend into the engines oil
chamber without touching any inside obstructions and shorting out. .

After extended testing, the SS probe was felt to be superior at moving "frequency" into the oil.
We did not trust the plastic to hold under stress so a third unit was made using a short brass nipple, and sealed with JB weld.
Also noted that on the Pinto engine, the oil pressure gauge never went
above it's standard 50 pound indication after several hours of idling.
Water Probe
Direct contact with the water is not really necessary, however I may
try a radiator hose insert to see if there is increased speed of action.

Experiment 8 - 20 - 2009 Oregon
Bernie had isolated the radiator with nylon standoffs. The light dimmer
was run directly to the radiator for a time and the water vibrated up
very nicely.
The radiator and engine had to be flushed to remove excess iron
deposits from the water before a good diamagnetic charge could be
achieved.
We also explored using diodes to charge both water and oil. Crossing
the streams is noted to be the most high frequency method that I have
sensed.
Two diodes are used, both configured to stop DC current flow. One goes
to positive battery terminal or alternator, and the other to the
negative battery post.
The streams are then crossed at a single point and from there wires run to radiator and oil probe. This allowed a visual of inner blue light to become sensed at pineal.
